BOQUERON BRUSKET ALLA PROVENCAL

Ingredients
- Country Style or Lactal Bread: 1
- Garlic: 2 teeth
- Parsley
- Lemon juice
- Olive oil
Preparation
Cut the bread into slices and toast until golden brown on both sides and tender in the center. Prepare a vinaigrette with chopped garlic and parsley, olive oil and lemon juice. Spread the slices with the previous mixture and then place in each of them one or two anchovy fillets (“boquerón”).
